Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and place it on a clean, dry, level surface.
Using the provided dropper, transfer 10 μL of specimen into the buffer tube.
Add two drops of sample diluent into the diluent well marked as S.
Start the timer and read the result at 15 minutes, Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes.
Check the C, G, and M lines to identify valid, positive, or negative test results.
