Remove the test device from the sealed pouch and place it on a clean, dry, level surface.
Add one 10 μL drop of the specimen into the sample well marked as S.
Add two drops of sample diluent into the diluent well marked as D.
Start the timer and read the result at 15 minutes, Do not interpret the result after 20 minutes.
Check the C, G, and M lines to identify valid, positive, or negative test results.
